Arts Award Advisors

Arts Award is a national accreditation scheme for young people and we are facilitating the development and roll out of this scheme across Cheshire, Halton and Warrington.

There are approx. 95 Arts Award assessors around Cheshire and we will be facilitating network sessions for those who wish to have a refresh on their skills and also for those who would like to become advisors there will be training up to March 2010.
 

Call out to Cheshire Arts Award assessors

Cheshire Arts Award Assesors network are trying to contact anyone who has been trained as an Arts Award assessor or moderator in the last few years.

Currently  the network supports colleagues with their Arts Award work, including shared moderations, peer support group or whatever topics or issues you come up with. Whether you are actively delivering Arts Award awards or trained and have had difficulties with the scheme, we want to hear from you so that we can get more young people achieving  Arts Awards across Cheshire.

We meet twice a year to update on changes and to network and discuss ways of getting the ward of the ground with your young people. The Award has recently become managed by Curious Minds -Merseyside and we hope to update you on the implications of these changes and future opportunities in the new year
